Phone, fax, or both: choosing your annual plan

Compare the three annual plans and choose the number setup that fits your everyday work.

Start with the way people need to reach you. Do clients call you? Do organizations ask you to send documents by fax? If you use both, a combined plan can keep those details together on one number.

Three straightforward choices

  • Phone costs $19.99 per year and includes a US local number with 50 shared incoming and outgoing phone minutes each month.
  • Fax costs $19.99 per year and includes a US local number with 50 shared incoming and outgoing fax transmission minutes each month.
  • Phone and fax together cost $29.99 per year on the same number, with 50 phone minutes and a separate 50 fax transmission minutes each month.

The yearly charge is the amount you pay. A monthly equivalent on the pricing page is a comparison, not a monthly payment option. Check the displayed plan and number before completing checkout.

How the combined number works

The combined plan supports phone and fax on one number. Choose the incoming mode in your dashboard: voice for calls, or fax for receiving documents. It does not automatically distinguish every incoming call from a fax. Arrange a receiving window with someone who needs to fax you, then change back to voice when finished.

Choose for your current needs

Phone is useful when you want a separate work number and forwarding to an existing phone. Fax is useful when document transmission is the main requirement. Choose the combined plan when you regularly need both. Travel eSIM is coming soon and is not included in these annual plans.
