Acceptable Use Policy

MyNomadToolkit is a product and service brand operated by Go Helvetia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal mailing address at 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Go Helvetia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of our Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension, termination, number reclaim, and reporting to authorities or carriers. 1. Prohibited activities You may not use the Service to: • Send unsolicited bulk SMS, MMS, fax, or voice communications (spam), or violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws. • Place unlawful robocalls, spoof caller ID to deceive, or harvest numbers without authority. • Commit fraud, identity theft, phishing, social engineering, or financial scams. • Harass, threaten, exploit, or traffic illegal content (including CSAM). • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others. • Interfere with, probe, or overload our systems or partner networks. • Bypass authentication, quotas, or billing controls. • Provide a false, incomplete, or outdated US emergency address, or misuse emergency-address registration. • Dial 911 for testing or any non-emergency purpose, or attempt to bypass the 911 country or E911 gate. • Use a US number in the United States without a registered E911 address after declaring that the number is used outside the United States. • Resell, lease, or white-label the Service without prior written permission from Go Helvetia LLC. • Use travel eSIM products to abuse network fair-use rules or for unlawful interception. 2. Regulated use If your use involves marketing, debt collection, healthcare, or other regulated outbound communications, you must obtain all required consents and keep evidence of compliance. Recording calls or storing message content may require notice/consent under local law—you are responsible for that compliance. 3. Monitoring and enforcement We may monitor aggregate abuse signals and investigate reports. We may remove content, block destinations, reclaim numbers, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe this AUP or law has been violated. 4. US app-sent SMS to mobile numbers is A2P traffic and requires a separate carrier-approved path. Today that path is 10DLC registration, arranged through hello@mynomadtoolkit.com at about US$60 per year, subject to carrier approval. Carriers that do not enforce 10DLC, and some VoIP destinations, may accept messages, but we do not guarantee delivery to any number. Incoming SMS works now and is unaffected. We are working on a smoother option; no date is promised. The registration fee is never added silently. Do not misrepresent your identity, use case, or opt-in process to obtain registration.
